The Colour of Beautiful Media & Entertainment Group LLC is based in Philadelphia. Led by Filmmaker, Spoken Word Musical Theater Producer, and author Dr. Karen Moore,the business of creating powerful, educational and engaging content for the African American community and other communities of color. Through streaming television, film, stage plays, music and live broadcasts, we share our stories in ways that benefit people of color, our communities both locally and globally. I AM The Colour of Beautiful is a global movement providing both education and entertainment. This includes our short film "Who Told You Your Black Is Not Beautiful?" available for screenings and conversations to help those who have been deeply affected by colorism move beyond hurt and trauma. Dr. Karen'a theater production Poetik Bues: A Sistah's Story combines spoken word, music and dance to bring to the stage the blues that Black women face and how we overcome.
